I’ve come across a lot of two ingredient dough recipes on Instagram and I was dying to try them. For some reason, they never seemed to list exactly how it was made! For the sake of simplicity and keeping things in one place, here’s how to make two ingredient dough.

What you’ll need:

  • Plain Greek Yogurt – I use Liberte Lactose Free
  • Self Rising Flour

What if I don’t have self rising flour?

Self rising flour is just flour with baking powder and salt mixed in. To make your own mix the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mix the self rising flour and plain greek yogurt in a bowl.

Knead the dough with your hands. Flatten the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour. If the dough is very sticky, sprinkle with more flour until the dough is workable.
