A decadent, double chocolate greek yogurt muffin for only 99 calories.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder to a bowl. Mix together.
Add the greek yogurt, egg whites, maple syrup, vanilla and apple sauce to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 9 full-sized muffins.

While these muffins are satisfying and sweet enough for me, if this is your first naturally sweetened muffin, I would suggest increasing the maple syrup to 3 tbsp. This will change the calorie count but is a good place to start!
