Shredded Chicken

An easy shredded chicken recipe. Fast and healthy meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper spice
  • water to cover chicken breasts
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breasts to pot.

  2. Cover the chicken breasts in water, so they are fully submerged.

  3. Add seasonings to the water.

  4. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, cover and reduce to medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  5. Once cooked, strain the chicken and shred with two forks.
