Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with seasonings in a bowl.

  2. Split mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties using your hands.

  3. Using a grill pan, cook on medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes flipping occasionally, or until fully cooked.
