A deliciously moist, naturally sweetened blueberry greek yogurt muffin.
Preheat the oven to 375.
Add the flour, salt and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Mix together.
To the same bowl, add the greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, egg whites and apple sauce. Mix together until smooth.
Add the blueberries, folding them into the batter.
In your non-stick muffin tray, split the batter into 10 equal size muffins. This will make 10 full size muffins.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
